HOW TO BID? Bidding can be done online using at LincolnTowingAuction.com, with the app or in person. 

Log in to LincolnTowingAuction.com choose our sale to see a full list or simply use the search at the top of the page, type in the stock number or last 8 of the VIN.
You may also download the App available for your IPhone and Android. 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I WON THE BID? You will be sent an email no later than Three hours after the event ends notifying you of your winning bids.
You can also login to lincolntowingauction.com to see which cars you won. You can even print out an invoice from the site, see which cars you need to pick up etc.

HOW DO I PAY? Cash only payments will be taken if you pay in person.  Otherwise you can pay with a debit/credit card online or on the app.

HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY CAR? As soon as the auction is over and you have paid for your vehicles. 

VEHICLES MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP NO LATER THAN 5 PM SATURDAY OR BETWEEN 9AM AND 3PM SUNDAY TO AVOID STORAGE FEES.

VEHICLES LEFT IN THE LOT AFTER 3PM SUNDAY ARE SUBJECT TO A $75 DAILY STORAGE FEE. 

IF YOUR VEHICLES ARE NOT PAID FOR BY TUESDAY, WE WILL CONTACTING THE BACKUP BIDDER AND YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM ATTENDING FUTURE AUCTIONS.

This is an “AS IS Auction”, we do everything in our power to list the cars condition accurately and highlight the major flaws in advance on the site.

The Rules

1. You must be registered at LincolnTowingAuction.com to bid wither on the app or in person. 

2. You must be at least 16 years old to enter the auction lot, unless in a stroller or carried.

3. No backpacks, coolers, etc.

4. You cannot enter any vehicle. If you do, you will be removed and banned from future auctions.

5. If anyone is caught stealing, you will be removed and banned from future auctions.

6. No side deals for parts will be allowed on our property.

7. There is no bidder parking on our property.

8. Payment for vehicles is by cash only.

9. Working on vehicles you have purchased will not be allowed because of insurance constraints.

10. Don’t dump trash/garbage/parts out of the vehicles you have purchased in our yard. If caught, you will be removed and banned from future auctions.

11. Vehicles are sold as is, with no warranty.

12. Purchased vehicles must be removed from the yard by 3:00 pm the day after the auction or they will be subject to storage fees.

13. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a bid from anyone who, in our judgement, is or has been disruptive to efficient and orderly business operations whether at the auction or any of our offices. If we refuse to accept a bid from you, you may not be on the lot during the auction or after.

14. No smoking.
